Welcome to Alpharetta High
School! Whether you are new to Georgia, new to Alpharetta, or just
new to our school, we are so glad you are here. We hope that in no
time at all, you will feel like “Raiders.”
Please do not hesitate to contact us
if we can ease your transition in any way, answer your
questions, or help you to become involved in the vibrant AHS
community. On behalf of the AHS PTSA, we offer our support and
services as you settle in. Our Newcomers PTSA contact is Bettilee Miller (770.619.5903).
Our AHS PTSA vision is “AHS
students will achieve at high levels and graduate fully prepared for
post-secondary studies and lives as productive citizens.” We want
this for all students, and we value your family as part of our
school community.
The PTSA hosts get-togethers for all
students who are new to Fulton County and who would like to
attend a newcomers group and meet other students. New students will
receive an invitation or pass to meet. Watch for the room number. If
you don't receive a note and would like to come please see Ms. Bolt
or Ms. Iton.
We invite you to
join the PTSA. Becoming a member of the PTSA will instantly
make you a part of the largest student advocacy organization in the
